Tenant shall use and occupy the premises as offices for a non-profit organization and for no other purpose without the prior written consent of Landlord. Current tenant of the building is Disability Network West Michigan.
Information:
Tenants will agree to a 3-year lease. Current leases are January 2026 – December 2028.
Current Tenant of the Building is Disability Network West Michigan.
Shared space includes kitchen, bathrooms, lobby, meeting rooms.
Included with lease: basic office furniture, indoor/outdoor maintenance, utilities, cleaning, internet access.
Phone, direct dial numbers available through the County of Muskegon.
Rent is due at the beginning of each month.
A 6-month notice of lease termination is required in writing.
