AgeWell Services provides programs in Muskegon, Ottawa and Oceana counties. A 501 (c)(3) non-profit formerly known as Nutritional Services for Older Americans (NSOA) and Meals on Wheels. The agency began in 1973 and has expanded from a nutrition program to offer a complete array of wellness opportunities for older adults.

Senior Transportation
The AgeWell Services Senior Medical Transportation Program provides door-to-door, non-emergency medical transportation for low income Muskegon County seniors.
- You must be 60 years or older
- You must be at 150% of the poverty level or less
The service operates Monday-Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. For more information, call (231) 726-7090.
