What they do:
United Way of the Lakeshore’s Board of Directors provides governance, strategic leadership, and fiduciary oversight to ensure our organization is strong, accountable, and responsive to community needs. Board members help guide long-term vision, support organizational sustainability, and serve as ambassadors for our mission across Muskegon, Newaygo, and Oceana Counties.
Meeting schedule:
The Board meets monthly.
Interested in joining?
Board recruitment takes place on a set cycle, and new Board members will be considered beginning in April 2026.

What they do:
The Newaygo County Community Committee brings together community members to help guide United Way of the Lakeshore’s work in Newaygo County. Committee members help identify local priorities, strengthen partnerships, and shape initiatives that reflect the needs and strengths of the county.

8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
