Help Us Rake A Difference for A Senior In Your Community!
October 26th starting at 1:00 PM (Or whenever you can participate!)
At this event we would like to encourage you to consider putting a team together to go out into your community to rake a yard for a senior who is unable to do so.
Unlike most community service events, there are no age restrictions for this one! We would like to see teams mixed with kids and adults together; whether they know each other or not! This will be a great opportunity for individuals or groups to get to know each other and other people in their community and also make a difference in their elderly neighbor's lives.
We typically would like to have teams participate between 1-2 p.m. but if that time does not work for you, that is alright! Your team will be able to pick a time frame that works best for your schedule, as long as it falls on October 26! If you have a senior yard that you would like to rake, let us know. If not we are partnering up with local agencies to find seniors in need in your community.
