Muskegon County Homeless Continuum of Care

In the Muskegon area, there are more than 40 partner agencies with missions to serve the homeless population in our community.

The network is directed by a Steering Committee and a Planning and Strategy Committee.

Several agencies have provided dedicated staff time to coordinate, plan and implement its activities. The network has produced a video illustrating the homeless problem in our community, conducts surveys to identify the homeless in our community, and develops a seamless system that directs homeless individuals towards permanent and supportive housing in the County.
